
YDD offers the following payment options:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Debit Card (with the CC logo on it). To make your payment with a credit card, please use the contact seller option on this listing or via the email or phone number provided within your invoice.
PayPal: All forms including eCheck, balance and Credit Cards are all accepted by YDD.
Money Order: US Postal Service Money Orders are preferred and are safer to send. These clear quickly and the buyer is able to track it.
Check: All checks will be verified through the bank. If a phone number is not provided on the check, the check will be held until clearance (about 7-10 business days). There is a $25.00 fee on all dishonored checks.
*To obtain the proper contact information to make your payment, please follow the payment instructions within the invoice provided to all buyers immediately after an auction ends.
Please note: YDD can not and will not ship your item until your payment has been received and has cleared. Some Cashiers, Personal, Business Checks and eChecks take 10 days or more to clear. Please contact YDD if you would like to know the status of a payment.

Premium Service...
YDD Premium Service puts your creation next in line to be designed. If there are 25 orders before yours, you will have your order pushed to the front of the line and it will be designed next (usually within 12-24 hours of your order). With Premium Service, your order will also be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or UPS ground (whichever quotes the faster delivery speed). You should receive your order within 3-5 business days. Premium service is available for an additional fee of $20. This fee will get your order designed and shipped within 24 hours in most cases. Orders placed by 3pm Pacific Time on Monday will arrive by Friday of the same week if not sooner with Premium Service. To add Premium Service, please view the Premium Service listing within the YDD store. Please use the Premium Service option for EACH creation needing to be rushed.
Express Service...
YDD Express service puts your order next in line like the regular Premium Service, but rather than Priority Mail, your order will be shipped via USPS - Express Mail or via DHL - Next Day Air Saver. Express mail is typically overnight delivery from the post office to most locations. This is the fastest service available and in many cases, you will have your order delivered the very next day if ordered before 8am Pacific Time. Express Service has an Expedited service charge of $45. To add Express Service, please view the Express Service listing within the YDD store. Please use the Express Service option for EACH creation needing to be rushed.
Damaged Goods:
YDD is unable to offer a refund on damaged goods. Any item with a value of $100 USD or more, the customer will be required to purchase insurance for the exact value/sale amount. If an item arrives damaged, please REFUSE the delivery and contact YDD ASAP. If there is no sign of damage on the outside of the package, the item must be signed for. All packages with a value of $250 or more will come with a Signature Confirmation. Customers must sign for their package(s) before the carrier can deliver.
Refused Deliveries:
If a package is refused, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and refusal fees as well as a 10% restocking fee.
International Shipping:
YDD can ship Internationally as well. International shipments have a larger shipping fee and slower delivery times than orders within the US. Please allow at least 10 business days for International shipments to arrive to give them time to pass through customs. International shipping is available for an additional charge. Please see the individual auction for a shipping quote or use the contact seller button for a quote. International customers are responsible for Customs charged by their country.
Damage Indicator Warnings:
YDD ships ALL high value items (with a value of $1000 or more) with what is called a Drop 'N Tell Damage Warning. This is to prevent the carrier from carelessly handling the package. Your job as the customer is to be absolutely sure that the warning has not gone off and that the package has not been mistreated (please contact us before your package arrives if you are unsure how to tell if the indicator has been triggered). If the Indicator shows Shock damage, check the entire contents of the package including doing a test sew/stitch out of a sewing/embroidery/serging machine BEFORE you sign for the package - the driver MUST wait for the signature so don't feel shy about asking the driver to wait! Note to the driver any visible damage to the package as well as to the packing materials and item shipped. The whole point of this indicator is to require the carrier to be careful when shipping and to have them step up when it comes to a claim.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges:
If you wish to return an item, you must contact YDD within two days of the receipt of your item. Returned items must be received in the original unopened packaging within 14 days to guarantee a refund (buyers remorse). There is a 10% restocking fee for all accepted returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping & handling fees deducted from the refund. You will be issued credit back the way your payment was made for the remaining funds. Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, unopened (shipped in packaging) condition. Return mailing expense is the customer's responsibility.
No refund will be given on handmade orders that must be delivered by a specific date. Please remember that the average order can take 5 days to be designed (or more) plus the shipping time. The returned order package must be unopened. Shipping both ways are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns to YDD should be sent via UPS, FedEx, DHL or USPS with Delivery Confirmation & FULL insurance to ensure the package is received safely by YDD.
Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If a personalizing error was caused by Your Diaper Dayz, the personalized item will be replaced at no additional charge. Simply contact YDD within two days of the receipt of your item. YDD will arrange shipping for you at no charge.
If an exchange is desired, contact YDD within two days of the receipt of your item. All postage for exchange will be at the expense of the customer. In other words postage to ship the items back to YDD and for YDD to ship the new items to the customer is at the expense of the person requesting the exchange and will be ACTUAL shipping and handling (not the flat rate when purchased). Exchanged items must be in new condition with unopened packaging.
APO/FPO Shipping:
YDD ships via USPS for APO/FPO addresses. Your Diaper DayZ is unable to estimate the shipping times or track deliveries for APO/FPO orders due to the U.S. Military handling the final stages of delivery. Please contact YDD for correct shipping charges to APO/FPO addresses. Please be sure that the "Ship to Address" sent is accurate and complete to ensure a quick delivery.
Map is to provide bidders with an idea of how long DHL GROUND shipping will take to get to a specific location from where the Your Diaper DayZ shipping office is located.

Map is provided by DHL and is for educational use only. Map is not intended to provide a guaranteed delivery date. Shipping times may be more or less depending on circumstances unknown such as Holidays and weather! You will be contacted by Your Diaper DayZ and/or the shipping carrier via email with your estimated delivery date once your package has been shipped!
