Q: How Much is shipping?
A: Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. Flat rate DHL Ground shipping varies from $3.95 to $14.95 and is based on the package size. If you would like to have or order shipped using a quicker method than Ground, you will need to enter in your shipping information to get accurate rates.

Q: How long will it take my order to arrive?
A: Please allow 1-10 business days for your order to be designed. You will receive an email when we receive your order, and another when your order ships. All gifts ship from Southern California, via DHL Ground (unless an expedited service is chosen) and take 1-5 shipping days to arrive depending on your location. Orders that ship to an address within the state of California will be charged 7.750% sales tax.

Q. What if I need my order to arrive faster than your basic design and shipping time?
A: For a flat fee, you can add Premium or Express shipping and handling to your order. Premium Service puts your creation next in line to be designed and will ship via DHL Ground. Express service puts your order next in line like the regular Premium Service, but rather than DHL Ground, your order will be shipped via DHL Next Day or USPS Express Mail…whichever service is quoted to be faster.

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: Please Register for an account. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.

Q: What is a diaper cake?
A: A diaper cake is a practical baby gift that can be personalized to meet any new or expectant mom or dad‘s style, baby shower theme and/or nursery. It is a tower of individually rolled or wrapped disposable diapers arranged to look like a cake, with top-of-the-line baby items added to some designs. Your Diaper DayZ designs crowd-pleasing baby shower centerpieces and have done so for 5 years now. Just put a 5 or 6 tier Your Diaper DayZ diaper cake on the gift table and a matching stork bundle and/or smaller diaper cake on each guest table and listen to the ooohs and aaahs. Our diaper cakes make great baby shower games as well.

Q: What is a stork bundle?
A: A stork bundle is a Your Diaper DayZ Exclusive. It is a baby gift that can be designed to meet any baby shower theme, nursery and or color scheme. Your Diaper DayZ Stork Bundles are available in all Your Diaper DayZ traditional themes and colors just as our diaper cakes and diaper wreaths are. If you don’t see the stork bundle you’d like, just send a special request and we’ll see what we can come up with!

Q: What kind of diapers do use to make your baby gifts with?
A: We use Pampers Swaddlers size 1 disposable diapers in every diaper cake, stork bundle and diaper wreath. We also use size 2 and 3 from time to time on our larger 4, 5 and 6 tier diaper cakes as requested by our customers. We use Pampers Swaddlers because they worked the best on all of our babies and since they are all white, we can use them to design all of our creations.

Q: Are the diapers and towels glued together?
A: No. Our method for constructing our products is very secure. Every product is guaranteed not to fall apart during shipping. At the same time, our products are designed to be easily dismantled, and all the items within the creation can be used.

Q: Can my order be customized?
A: In addition to being the most unique, adorable, and practical gifting company out there, all Your Diaper DayZ gifts are fully customizable! From color, theme all the way down to offering custom embroidery! We welcome custom orders and will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Are your baby, bridal and wedding gifts pre-made?
A: Every single gift offered by Your Diaper DayZ is handmade from scratch. Since each creation is an original, sometimes they vary (slightly!) from the picture. Consistency is a high priority, but if we must make a substitution, it will be of equal or greater value.  From time to time, we have some extra time to design a few creations here and there that we keep in stock.  If you are in need of a rush order, this may be a good alternative!  Just contact us and we'll let you know what we have in stock today!

Q: Can my order be gift wrapped?
A: All diaper cakes, towel cakes, stork bundles and diaper wreaths arrive gift wrapped in cellophane or baby tulle (based on what looks best). There is no extra charge for this service.

Pricing and Billing Questions

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
A: We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to order. If you would like to pay by cashier's check, money order, company or personal check, please use the checkout system to get our contact and mailing information. Orders paid for by cashier's check or money order will be filled as soon as your payment is received. Please allow 7-10 business days after we receive your company or personal check for your order to be filled, as your order will not be designed until your check clears. There is a $25.00 fee on all dishonored checks.

Q: Do I have to pay sales tax?
A: You only have to pay sales tax if you are a resident of California.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your credit card will be charged instantly once you click "Confirm Order" on the last page during checkout. Your bank and or credit card statement will state the charges came from Your Diaper DayZ.

Return Questions

Q: What are your Return Policies?
A: All Your Diaper DayZ products are handmade from scratch for each customer. Returns or exchanges are only offered for products that are defective (IE: fell apart or damaged during shipping). In order to return or exchange a defective product, you must notify Your Diaper DayZ within 2 days of receipt of your package in order to inform us that your order arrived damaged and you wish to return or exchange it.
